At Formula Propeller and Marine, we don’t simply sell and repair boat propellers, winterize, shrink wrap and store boats, we’ve perfected the craft. Our skilled team works together to ensure your propeller meets your specific needs and performance expectations.
We believe in what we sell.
We run our business with honesty, and integrity, which unfortunately is a rarity in the world today. We don’t sell anything we don’t use ourselves and we won’t sell you something you don’t need.
We take time to educate our customers and offer creative solutions to their problems, not just a quick fix. It may sound sappy, but we truly care about our customers, and we are committed to providing fast, professional and friendly service that keeps them coming back for years to come. That’s the Formula Propeller difference.
Meet our team at Formula Propeller & Marine
John had over 40 years experience in propellers and had been around boats since he was 10 years old. He worked with propellers since 1972 and gained his experience through practice and by trial and error. He enjoyed working directly with our customers, solving their propeller problems. It gave him much pleasure and satisfaction hearing from our customers that we’ve done it right—that’s what made him happy. And when our customers were happy, he was happy. He said, "Typically, if they’ve been here once, they'll keep coming back!"
Linda—Owner & CEO
I oversee all aspects in our business with the support from Todd and Jodi. I handle financial, human resource and administrative functions. I also often work directly with customers. I love the fact that my family and I work as a team. I enjoy the people contact and enjoy resolving problems for our customers.
I’ve been around boats my whole life, and have worked in the shop with my dad since I was 16. I probably have as many miles behind a boat as most people at middle age have behind the wheel of a car. I'm in charge of the shop operation as far as ordering inventory/product and sales of propellers and electronics. I also oversee the repairs shop to be sure deadlines are met. I enjoy doing custom work and making our customers happy. I love a good challenge and especially enjoy helping customers through a tough problem. My reward is seeing a happy, satisfied customer.
I’m responsible for administrative tasks like opening mail, accounts payable and receivable, billing, customer service, managing our website, and other marketing-related tasks. Although I have a certificate in childcare, I love working here with my family. We have a lot of fun together! I enjoy working with our customers and love seeing them satisfied. I make sure our customers are well taken care of.
I specialize in propeller and skeg repair. My job is to be sure our customer's repairs are completed timely for our customers to get back out on the water as soon as possible. I enjoy learning new techniques from other Formula Propeller team members.
